1. Roles & Responsibilities (Important)
- VerifAISkills acts as a technology service provider
- Inviting Users are typically the data controllers for Participant data they collect via the Platform
- We act as a data processor / service provider on behalf of Inviting Users, where applicable
- Decisions regarding evaluation, hiring, or selection are made solely by Inviting Users.

Inviting Users:
- Name
- Email address
- Account credentials
- Assessment configurations
- Billing information (if applicable)
Participants:
- Name or identifier provided by the Inviting User
- Email address
- Code submissions and responses
- Communications related to the assessment
2.2 Webcam & Assessment Monitoring Data
If enabled by the Inviting User, we collect:
- Webcam video recordings and/or images
- Session timestamps and duration
- Interaction signals related to assessment integrity
- Metadata associated with the assessment session
Important: Webcam recording is disclosed before the assessment begins and requires explicit consent.
